This bread is best toasted after refrigeration. It is very versatile, make a sandwich, or just add butter and jelly! Additionally you can replace Sesame Seeds with Everything Bagel seasoning.
1.5 cup Almond Flour
1.5 cup Tapioca Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 cup Water
3 eggs
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Toasted Sesame Seeds
Mix all Ingredients except Sesame Seeds and Apple Cider Vinegar. Once mixed, add Apple Cider Vinegar and mix. Pour into parchment paper lined loaf pan and top with Sesame Seeds. Bake in preheated oven set at 350° for 30 minutes. See steps below for more detailed directions. Enjoy!
