One Pot Meal Great with Rice or Pasta!
2-3 LB Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Olive Oil
Garlic Salt & Lemon Pepper to taste
Garnish
Toasted Sesame Seeds
Fresh Parsley Minced
1 Scallion (Sliced)
Honey Garlic Sauce
1/3 Cup Honey
2 tsp Rice Vinegar
3-4 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1/3 Cup Chicken Broth
1 tsp Corn Starch
1/2 tsp Soy Sauce (Add More If You Like)
1 tbsp Butter
Clean and trim any unwanted fat from chicken and season with garlic salt and lemon pepper. Heat Skillet add butter and olive oil and sear chicken until golden on both sides. This should be done in batches as not to steam the chicken. Once chicken is seared, place all chicken back in pan. Don’t worry about over crowding, just tuck them in. Make the sauce and pour over chicken and let simmer until chicken temperature reaches 165°. Top with scallions, parsley and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
