5 Fresh Jalapeno’s (Sliced into Rings and Cored) If you Like them Hot Leave the Seeds and Ribs
1/2 Cup Filtered Water
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tbsp Salt
2 Cloves Garlic (Smashed)
2 Cup Mason Jar with Lid
Wash, slice and core the jalapeños. (Be careful not to touch your eyes, and face, it will burn) Place in mason Jar. Heat water, sugar and salt until dissolved, add garlic. Then pour over jalapeños and add vinegar. Place the lid on and shake. Let cool and refrigerate. Best if you wait 24hrs and lasts up to two months in the fridge. Enjoy!
