This is my go to GF Breading, it works and my husband doesn’t miss cutlets made with gluten!
1 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Tapioca Flour
1/4 Cup Corn Meal
2 tbsp Corn Starch
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dried Parsley
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
Mix all ingredients in bowl and use for breading chicken, pork, fish, veal and vegetables. Enjoy!
