Great Sweet Treat, Refined Sugar Free and Dairy Free
2 cup Almond Flour
1.5 cup Tapioca Flour
2 -3 Ripe Bananas (Smashed)
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Almond Milk
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Honey
3 eggs
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts (Topping)
Smash Bananas and add eggs and beat, add all other Ingredients except Chopped Walnuts and Apple Cider Vinegar. Once mixed, add Apple Cider Vinegar and mix. Pour into parchment paper lined loaf pan and top with Chopped Walnuts. Bake in preheated oven set at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes. Keep Refrigerated. Best heated or toasted after refrigeration. You can also make French Toast! Enjoy!
