3 Medium Zucchini
1 Cup Bolognese Sauce (See Bolognese Recipe)
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella or Italian Blend)
Garlic Salt and Black Pepper
Fresh Basil
Cut Zucchini in half and scrape out seeds. Season to taste, fill with sauce and top with cheese. Place in 400 ° preheated oven and bake until tender about 30 minutes. Top with Fresh Basil. Enjoy!
