These are dairy free, gluten free and sugar free treats that taste similar to a Whatchamacallit. Delicious!
1cup Peanut Butter of choice
1/4 Cup Honey
2 Cups Sprouted Brown Rice Crisps
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
Topping:
1/2 Cup Enjoy Life Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (Melted)
Kosher Salt
Place Peanut butter, honey salt and vanilla in bowl and mix. Once blended add in rice crisps and mix well. Once mixed place on a parchment paper lined 8×8 baking dish and press it down to make even. Put in fridge.
Now melt the chips in Microwave 30 seconds at a time, taking out to stir, usually takes 1 minute 15 seconds total. Spread melted chocolate over crisp mixture and sprinkle with Kosher Salt. Place back in fridge to set. Once set cut into desired size and store in air tight container in fridge. Enjoy!
