Preps and cooks in under 10 minutes!
1.5-2 LB Wild Caught Cod
3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
3 tbsp Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1/2 Lemon
1/4 Cup White Wine (Optional)
Salt, Pepper, and Paprika
Avocado Oil for Searing
Take fish out and pat dry, let sit for 10 minutes to come to room temperature. Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Heat non stick pan (I use cast iron), add oil, once oil is heated, gently place seasoned fish to pan and cook for 3 minutes on 1 side. Gently flip and cook for other side for 3 minutes more. Remove and set aside. To the pan add butter, garlic and wine (if you are using). Let heat until fragrant, return the fish to the pan and baste the fish with the butter garlic mixture about 30 seconds, add squeezed lemon and top with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
