3 Ripe Bananas (Mashed)
1/2 Cup milk (I use Almond)
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Almond Extract (Optional)
Walnuts (Optional)
Chocolate Chips (Optional)
Dry:
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking Powder

Whisk eggs, sugar add mashed bananas, slowly pour in melted butter. (Don’t want to scramble the eggs) Add all other wet ingredients and whisk. Next add the rest of dry ingredients and whisk. (Sugar has already been added) Add Walnuts and/or Chocolate Chips. Grease a loaf pan pour in batter and bake at 350° for 50- 55 minutes. Let cool completely on wire rack. Keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
I have two sons one loves Chocolate Chips and one doesn’t, so the chips have been added to only half.
