Compass Connections provides coaching, training, and development services. Service details,
schedules, and prices are outlined on our website or provided upon inquiry.

2. Payments

• Some services require advance payment, while others may allow partial payment with
  the remaining balance due upon finalization.
• Payment terms will be communicated before booking confirmation.

3. Refunds

• All payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, unless otherwise
  required by law.
• Missed or canceled appointments without prior notice will not be eligible for
  rescheduling or refunds

4. Client Responsibilities

•  Provide accurate information when booking services.
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions or notify us of cancellations in advance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Compass Connections is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from the use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and materials, is the property of Compass
Connections and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota.
